Please keep in mind that there is no designated parking for our office. However there is usually plenty of metered street parking and we happily reimburse our patients and/or provide quarters for street parking meters at each visit.
Cancellation Policy
Our team makes every effort to make your time at our office pleasant and productive. We take pride in that our appointments are most efficient and that you are not subject to lengthy waits in our reception area.
We VALUE your time! All appointments made have a specific date, time of day and length of time allotted for our daily schedule. Please understand that we are a very small practice that offers quality Orthodontics. Therefore the time we have set aside for every appointment is valuable.
1. If you are not able to keep your appointment, we request a 48 hour notification prior to your scheduled appointment. (We will honor a voicemail message as notification if left within 48 hours. All emergencies may be a consideration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
2. There will be a $45.00 charge for any appointment missed and/or cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice. Please discuss any emergencies with our office manager.
